Why True North
The name True North comes from the book True North by Bill George, which was part of the required reading in graduate coursework at Columbia University. The book introduces the idea that each person has an internal compass that guides their values, decisions, and direction in life. At times that compass can feel misaligned as stress, responsibilities, and competing priorities begin to pull us off course. True North is designed to help people reconnect with that internal compass and move forward with stronger habits, a renewed sense of direction. and greater accountability.
